Pillar 1 of 3

Search & AI Visibility

This is where most engagements start. It covers how people find you on Google, how AI tools describe you when someone asks a question, and how your business shows up on the map when someone searches nearby.

AEO

Answer Engine Optimization

Getting your business named inside AI answers

When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity a question about your industry, we want your business to be part of the answer. That takes structured data that matches your page, one consistent business record across the internet, and content built to be quoted, not just read.

Read the full Answer Engine Optimization breakdown

01.1

Schema that matches your page

We write the structured data behind your pages so it says exactly what the page already says. AI tools check both, and any mismatch is a fast way to get skipped.

01.2

One consistent business record

Your business name, services, and service area get written down once and repeated the same way everywhere your business appears online. Consistency is what earns trust from AI tools.

01.3

FAQ answers written to be quoted

Every FAQ answer is built to answer one real question your customers ask, in a way an AI tool can lift and quote without losing the meaning.

01.4

Internal links that point to what matters

We make sure your most important pages get the most internal links pointing at them, and clean up pages that are quietly pulling attention away from what should be found first.

GEO

Generative Engine Optimization

Becoming the source AI models trust and repeat

Generative Engine Optimization is about being the source a model relies on when it forms an answer, not just a link someone might click. We find where your information disagrees with itself across the internet, fix it, and build content with enough depth for a model to work with.

Read the full Generative Engine Optimization breakdown

02.1

Mapping the real questions buyers ask AI

We find the actual questions people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity before they buy in your category, and build content around those questions instead of guesses.

02.2

Fixing conflicting information about your business

Your website, directory listings, and reviews all need to describe your business the same way. When they don't agree, AI models treat you as less trustworthy and move on to a competitor.

02.3

Long, specific answers instead of short filler

We build pages that go deep on one topic and back up every claim, because generative models favor content that actually explains something over content that just mentions it.

02.4

Structured data that agrees with your page

The code behind your page and the words on your page have to tell the same story. When they don't, AI models notice the gap and lose confidence in the source.

SEO

Search Engine Optimization

Fixing what search engines can't read, then earning the rank

Traditional search engine optimization is still the foundation everything else stands on. We clean up the technical problems keeping your site from being read correctly, then build the content and links that earn a real ranking instead of a rented one.

Read the full Search Engine Optimization breakdown

03.1

Fixing what search engines can't crawl

Broken redirects, server errors, and pages competing with each other for the same search term all get cleaned up, starting with the pages that carry real revenue.

03.2

Content built around one clear topic per page

Every page is built to answer one search intent clearly, using the real questions people search for, not a list of keywords stuffed into a paragraph.

03.3

Winning the map pack, not just the page

Your business listings, reviews, and local pages get cleaned up and kept consistent so you show up when someone searches for your service nearby.

03.4

Earning mentions from sites that matter

We build relationships and content that earn mentions from sites that actually matter in your industry. Nothing bought from an expired directory list.

Pillar 2 of 3

Platform & Conversion

Getting found is only half the job. This is where the site itself gets fast, easy to use, and built to turn a visit into a client instead of a bounce.

Web & Apps

Website & App Development

A website built to be your best salesperson

A site that looks fine but loads slowly or confuses visitors is costing you business every day. We build custom websites and apps with no templates and no shortcuts, built around how your specific customer actually makes a decision.

Read the full Website & App Development breakdown

05.1

Custom website design and development

Fully custom sites built on modern platforms. No templates, no page builders capping performance, and no layout your competitor is also using.

05.2

Mobile app development

Custom iOS and Android apps built by the same senior team that builds our websites, not handed off to a separate vendor.

05.3

Conversion and UX optimization

Every page gets designed around a specific action. Information order, button placement, and form design are all reviewed against what actually moves someone to act.

05.4

Speed and technical health from day one

Load speed, mobile performance, and structured data get built in during development, not bolted on afterward as a fix.

CRO

Conversion Rate Optimization

Finding where visitors leave, then fixing it

More traffic won't fix a page that loses people before they act. We study how your actual customers move through your site, find exactly where they drop off, and rebuild that part of the experience around what they need to see.

Read the full Conversion Rate Optimization breakdown

06.1

A full audit of where people leave

We map every step from landing to conversion and find where the drop-off happens, then rank what to fix first by how much revenue it affects.

06.2

Landing and product pages built for your buyer

Pages built around your specific offer and the customer buying it. The right information in the right order, with no clutter and no jargon.

06.3

A/B testing with a real hypothesis

Every test starts with a reason and a target outcome. We run it to completion and make the call based on the data, not a hunch.

06.4

Upsell paths that raise order value

We map upsell opportunities to what a customer has already shown interest in, then build the path that raises order value without adding friction.

Data & Reporting

Data Analytics & Reporting

Clean numbers you can actually make decisions from

Every marketing decision is only as good as the data behind it. We set up clean tracking, build dashboards around the numbers your leadership actually looks at, and read the data every month instead of letting it sit in a folder.

Read the full Data Analytics & Reporting breakdown

07.1

Analytics set up and verified

Clean tracking installed and checked before a campaign scales. We audit what's already in place and fix what's broken before it poisons a decision.

07.2

Dashboards built around what matters

Revenue, leads, cost per acquisition, and channel performance shown in one place, built around what your leadership actually reviews, not a template nobody reads.

07.3

Structured A/B testing

Landing pages, ad copy, offers, and audiences tested against each other with a fixed sample size and a clear window, so the result actually means something.

07.4

A monthly review of what the data is saying

New opportunities and underperforming channels get flagged and addressed on a fixed monthly cadence, not whenever someone happens to notice.

Pillar 3 of 3

Acquisition & Authority

This is the part people notice. Paid campaigns, content, social presence, reviews, and the brand behind all of it. Every piece here is built to reinforce the same story instead of competing for the same budget.

Content

Content Marketing

Written for a real reader first, cited by AI second

Content is the foundation every other service depends on. We write service pages, articles, and FAQs aimed at a real reader first. Content built that way is also what search engines rank and what AI tools end up citing.

Read the full Content Marketing breakdown

09.1

A content plan tied to real questions

Before anything is written, we map content to the actual questions your buyers ask on Google and on AI tools, so every piece has a job to do.

09.2

Service pages, pillar pages, and articles

Long-form content built to rank, built to be cited, and built to convert the reader who lands on it. Written by a senior strategist, not a content farm.

09.3

Visual content and social assets

Photography, graphics, and platform-native social content built around the same strategy driving the written word on your site.

09.4

Refreshing what already works

Content that ranked six months ago gets reviewed and strengthened before it starts to slip, instead of getting ignored until it's already lost ground.

Social

Social Media Marketing

Content people actually want in their feed

Most business accounts talk about themselves in every post and wonder why nobody engages. We build a strategy around what your actual audience already watches and cares about, so your account earns attention instead of asking for it.

Read the full Social Media Marketing breakdown

10.1

A content calendar with a purpose for each post

We research what your audience watches on each platform first, then build the calendar. Every post entertains, connects, or builds credibility. Nothing fills a slot for the sake of it.

10.2

Content built for the platform it lives on

Short-form video, graphics, and copy built specifically for the platform they run on, not one asset resized five different ways.

10.3

Comments and messages managed on a schedule

Replies, mentions, and messages get handled on a documented cadence, so your page feels active and present instead of abandoned between posts.

10.4

Performance tracked and adjusted monthly

Reach, engagement, and follower growth get reviewed on a fixed schedule. What works gets more of the budget. What doesn't gets replaced.

Reputation

Reputation & Brand Management

Making sure the internet tells the truth about you

A great business with a thin online presence loses to an average business with two hundred recent reviews, almost every time. We build the system that earns reviews consistently, respond to every one of them, and manage what people find about your brand outside your own website.

Read the full Reputation & Brand Management breakdown

11.1

A system that asks for reviews at the right moment

Automated requests go out after the right moment in a customer's experience, using templates that stay inside platform policy and still sound like a person wrote them.

11.2

PR and community presence outside your own site

Press releases, community posts, and media outreach that build your presence beyond your own website, since AI tools and search engines both look at outside sources too.

11.3

A response to every review, good or bad

Positive reviews get acknowledged in your brand voice. Negative ones get a professional response with a real path to resolve the issue, not silence.

11.4

Monitoring your name across the internet

Your business name and reputation signals get watched across directories and review sites so a problem gets flagged before it has a chance to spread.

Branding

Branding & Brand Strategy

A brand that earns trust before the first call

A logo isn't a brand strategy. We start with who you serve and what makes you different, build the messaging and visual system around that, and roll it out across your site, ads, and listings so nothing contradicts itself.

Read the full Branding & Brand Strategy breakdown

12.1

Positioning and messaging built from real research

Stakeholder interviews and a look at your real competitors come before any design work, so the story holds up before it gets a visual layer.

12.2

A visual identity system, not just a logo file

Logo, color, and typography rules built for how you'll actually use them online, in print, and in presentations. A system, not a single file in a folder.

12.3

Written brand guidelines your team can follow

Documented standards for photography, tone, and logo use, plus template kits for decks and proposals, so everyone pulls from the same approved version.

12.4

A coordinated rollout across every channel

Website, ads, and sales materials all launch on the new system at the same time, coordinated with whoever is running your SEO and paid media.

These are not projections. They already happened.

Every number below is pulled from a real engagement and explained in full on the linked service page.

Questions We Get About This List

Do you handle all of this yourselves, or is some of it outsourced?
All of it is handled in house by our own senior team in Melbourne, FL. We do not hand your account to a subcontractor or run a template playbook. The same people who built this list are the ones doing the work behind it.
Do I have to sign up for every service listed here?
No. Most clients start with one or two services and add more once the first program is working. Nothing on this page is bundled together to force a bigger invoice.
What is the real difference between SEO, AEO, and GEO?
SEO gets your pages ranked on Google. AEO gets your business cited when someone asks an AI tool a direct question. GEO is about becoming the source a generative model trusts enough to build its answer from in the first place. All three run off the same facts about your business, so we treat them as one program instead of three separate bills.
Do you only work with businesses in Brevard County?
Brevard County and the Space Coast are where we are based and where a lot of our work happens, but a good number of our clients are national brands outside Florida. The process does not change. Only the scope does.
How do all of these services actually work together?
Every service on this page pulls from the same set of facts about your business: your services, your service area, your proof points, and your brand voice. When one team owns all of it, your SEO, your ads, and your reviews tell the same story instead of quietly working against each other.
